Climate urbanism
"Climate Urbanism could be anything" (Reviewer 2)
Climate urbanism is the hypothesis that climate change is redrawing the collective imaginaries of the city.
At the UI, the theme 'climate urbanism' brings together an interdisciplinary team of scholars focusing on climate politics at the local level. The theme raises questions in relation to spatial inequalities, day-to-day practices, social economies and innovation. It also calls for alternatives to be in and think about the city- from participatory planning to climate activism.
